About the Role
We are seeking an organized Community Program Coordinator to lead the administrative delivery of our new Skills for Success Cambridge initiative. This program provides Digital Skills workshops to residents of Cambridge. You will be the primary point of contact for program participants, ensuring that workshops run smoothly and that we meet our community impact goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Schedule and organize community workshops/events, including booking venues and coordinating materials.
Participant Intake: Screen and register eligible program participants, maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress.
Data & Reporting: Track project outcomes and prepare monthly impact reports for our funders.
Community Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for community partners and participants, answering inquiries about program eligibility and schedules.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in office administration, community services, or project coordination.
Organization: Strong ability to manage schedules, files, and data (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets).
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Cambridge community and local support resources is a strong asset.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse community members.
